Cancellation and refund policies are established by type of service. For transport and storage operations, specific agreed terms apply.

Dealchoicehub makes its best efforts to provide services. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, total liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the contracted service.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. For any judicial controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Sydney, with express waiver of any other venue.
